On Vox: Invisalign Update

I finally have my Invisalign aligners in!

After a month of back and forth with the insurance company, they finally covered half of the cost. But this back and forth delayed the process, so instead of getting these in my mouth in the second week of January, now I have them in the third week of February.

I'd already be preparing myself by cutting out sodas and coffee during the day and only drinking water. I can't eat with the aligners in, and I'm not supposed to drink anything but water.

On Vox: Cleaning

Ok fellow Invisalign users, please tell me what you do to clean your aligners. I mean your nightly cleaning, not your between meals cleaning. Thanks.
