One of the minor issues with the new house is that the deck is looking gray and warn. The realtor and the inspector both suggested that we powerwash and seal the deck.

I've had a quote from a company called roof to deck restorations. I haven't actually had them do the work yet. I got a letter from them Saturday and they were offereing Spring discounts and I thought of your post.
