Wow... I wish someone had told me about realjock.com months ago. It's a gay social networking site mixed with a great exercise and body building advice site. Their Muscle-Building 12-Week workout looks great, and has great descriptions.

I sent my trainer a link to the workout to see what he thinks. It might be interesting to start working on this workout program with him, though starting with week one of the program looks like a step backward for me. Maybe we'll start somewhere in the middle, with his guidance of course.
