Rewatching the classics

In preparation for Star Wars Ep III's release next week, I thought it would be good to watch the Star Wars DVD set that we've never opened. So, last night Joe and I watched the original Star Wars, aka Episode IV: A New Hope.

When I pulled out the DVD, Joe asked why we were going to watch Ep IV, and not start with EP I. I want to watch these movies in the order the were released. I want to have a fresh impression of the original three movies in my mind when I see Ep III, to see how they create links between the two sets of movies.

Maybe I'll rewatch all of the movies in numerical order after Ep III comes out on DVD.
