Cable solved.
Dec. 11th, 2006 08:30 amI got the cable issue figured out. I simply took the upstairs connection and plugged it directly into the internet/cable splitter, thus reducing one splitter from the equation. That was enough to get it working. I think the next step is to add a powered splitter to the mix.

I'm waiting for Joe to get home for work, so I'm just watching a random show on TV. This random show would be "Wife Swap." On this show, two women from very different families trade places for a couple weeks.
Turns out that I recognize one of the wives! It's Ramona from "Design Star." She's her typical over the edge nature hippy self again. The other wife is a pageant Mom named Kim.
This isn't going to be pretty.
