Multi level Jump Menus

Does anyone have any idea how I can create a multi level jump menu?

Here is what I'm trying to copy:

On the right side is the Products drop-down jump menus. When you select something from the first drop down, it then populates the second drop down with more choices.

I've done several Google searches on this, but I can't find anything like this. I trying to see if there is a simple HTML way to do this.
