Whisk Wrist
Jul. 31st, 2007 09:43 amUgh... I have whisk wrist.
I was helping out in the kitchen last night, which I typically don't do much beyond washing dishes. I was whisking eggs, creme, sugar, and vanilla together in preparation for making ice cream. I slaved for MINUTES over that dish!
Now my left wrist is all creaking and poppy. I think I need to exercise this wrist more often. (Hey... no limp wrist jokes, please.)
The rest of me is doing pretty good. I thought I would be more sore after helping some friends move on Sunday, but I'm only slightly achy.
I keep thinking about going back to the gym, but I haven't quite worked up the motivation to go.
