Good PowerPoint to Flash with audio?

I'm trying to find a good program to convert PowerPoint into Flash files. The problem I'm running into is that I cant' find a program that will handle the linked audio correctly.

These are training presentations, created in PowerPoint with linked mp3 files on each slide for the spoken audio.

We are trying to find a way to convert this into a single swf file, with embedded audio. We want to be able to place this single swf file in our content management system for easy download by our users.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Btw, I'm trying to find a Windows solution, since that's what most of our office uses.
