Apr. 24th, 2011 11:26 pmToday I pegged a fan by her accent. I'm having problems with my Comcast account, and she was the level 2 tech support brought in to help. She was doing a great job, however the problem turned out to be beyond her ability to fix.
During our conversation, I kept thinking that she talked like a fan, specifically a CONvergence type of fan. Since I knew she was based out of Saint Paul, I asked if she goes to CONvergence. She laughed and said "heck yeah! I'm Chris Jones's girlfriend." She dropped me a message after work to say high. I'm pretty sure we've met in person a least once.
She was great to talk with especially after the hell I went through talking with Earthlink.
