Did my first (in this latest attempt to reform my body) trainer-less day at the gym during lunch. I got to the weight room at 11:15 and left at 12:21, which isn't to bad. I probably would have been out of there in just an hour if I didn't mess up two of the exercises. One of them I did 12 rep instead of 8 (push ups) and the other was stupidly doing an exercise from my alternative day workout instead of the one on my list... but I decided to do the one on my list also.
Now I'm trying to decide if I should try and get to the yoga class tonight at 6. I hadn't planned on working out today, but I completely failed to get to the gym this weekend as I'd planned (I blame City of Heroes, but I did finally reach level 50!!!). So I went to the gym today to keep on schedule.
