A cleaning day

Some how today has turned into a house project day. We've been pretty negligent with house cleaning and organizing lately, and today seemed like a good day to work on it.
Yesterday, houseboy eric (doubleedge) bought a used bed frame from a buddy of his that's moving out of town, so when Joe (
rvrjoe775) and I came home from a couple BBQ's yesterday, the main floor living room and hallway were filled with the contents of houseboy's room, including my bed that I had lent to him to use while living here. The only problem with this is that he had originally schedule to bring the new bed in on Sunday, not Saturday, so we weren't home to help him. I also hadn't cleared out space in my office room to put my bed. So, the first thing I did after we got home was clean up my office and then we setup the old bed in there. Now we finally have a guest bedroom again if we need it.
houseboy finally managed to construct his new bed this afternoon, then he and Joe rearranged the living room, restoring it to the layout it had before houseboy's party a couple of months ago. We've been debating if we should turn the living room back into a TV room or not. Right now the room really doesn't get used for much, except that Joe has his computer in one corner. I'd like to either get a new TV to put there, or bring up our BIG TV from the basement and put it in the living room. Maybe I'm just lacking imagination.
I just spent the last hour and a half trying to clean the shower downstairs. It was getting pretty bad (this is the shower Joe and I use ever day), so it took a lot of scrubbing to get it looking right. Its still not perfect, but I'm happy. I started off with scrubbing bubbles, but I ended up just using a scrub brush and a mixture of chlorine and water. Thank goodness for safety glasses.
