Apple just announced an upcoming product, currently code-names iTV.

I think it's interesting that Apple made this announcement on the same day that TiVO finally released the Series 3.

I'm willing to wait until iTV is released. Apple trumps TiVO, of course!

Of course! And even more so if it will let me see/listen to DRM'd stuff.

I'll definitely be interested in seeing how iTV works out, because if its truly good enough and worth dumping TiVo for, I'd do it.
