I've been working with a trainer now for two months. We did a second body composition measurement today. Here's the comparison with the measurements from January 2nd.

BODY SITE B mm Measurement

TOTAL mm 6858.5

Ave fat % (% fat A + % fat b / 2) 22.29%18.75%
Fat Pounds (Body wt. x % fat) 39 lbs 31.8 lbs
Lean Mass (Body wt. - fat pounds) 136 lbs 137.8 lbs

Not to bad. The trainer seemed to be very happy with these numbers. He was most surprised by the subscapular measurement, which decreased by 8 mm.

I haven't gained a lot of muscle mass, but we've been focusing more on getting my endurance up. I'm hoping to gain a bit more muscle mass in the next couple of months.

No, these are excellent numbers. Calipers supposedly are generally only good to measure delta, and these deltas look great.
