For the time being I'm going to stick with Viddler for posting the AppleCon videos. I'm not settled on a format for encoding the video, including the AppleCon id overlay.

I am sure I am getting the wrong impression, but so far AppleCon seems to be a hotel room talent show.

I haven't gotten to the real music circles yet. With the exception of the Korean drumming, and the soon-to-be-posted nitrogen ice cream demonstration, most of these muscians are professionals or semi-professionals.

Yes, it wasn't the most scenic location for the video, but AppleCon took place in three suites in a hotel.
