The third picture, no matter what it is, will be your album cover. (Although I find that sometimes the designated random picture isn't able to be downloaded. In that case, I reload and take the first third picture that is downloadable.)

You then take the pic and add your band name and the album title to it, then post your pic.

Hotel

I'm at the Sheraton Bloomington hotel to take photos of a big work meeting event. It's weird being here and not seeing a thousand SF fans running around.

Missing the perfect photo

Lets see... You want me to come and take pictures of presenters, but then the presenters complain about the flash, and you aren't willto bring up the lights at all, and the presenters keep moving aound to much for me to use a longer exposure. Frustrating.

Food tracking...

Ugh... this trying to track food data is crap. Why don't all restaurants have nutritional data for their menu on their website?

With Joe's help I was able to finish today's food list.

I've tracked three days now, and I'm consuming less than 2000 calories per day. That's pretty normal for me, when good intentioned coworkers aren't bringing cookies and candy to work for the holidays.
