Break In

Ugh.... some guy broke into my parent house this afternoon, while they were home! Read about it in my Dad's post.

I just called them to see how they are doing, and while we were talking they spotted someone climbing up a later and into a upstairs window in the house across the alley. They believe the house is empty, so they're calling the police.

Crazy day.

Thank goodness your folks weren't hurt! I imagine they'll be emotionally traumatized for some time though. Do they keep pepper spray and/or a tazer handy? If not, maybe they should consider having such items upstairs and downstairs just in case. You must be worried sick about your folks now?
