I'm always been a prettty "open soure" kind of guy, as long as someone asks. I have no problem saying no, but I hate it when other people say no for me.
No worries. It's weird because I consider myself a fannish sort of guy, but I haven't been to a con in almost a decade.
It's been an interesting brouhaha. I still get surprised when I find friends (not just in the LJ sense, either) on opposite ends of a feisty kerfluffle.
